Part-Time Brand Ambassador

About the role

Alliance Highway Safety is seeking flexible, outgoing, and organized Brand Ambassadors in the Nashville area to travel to events across Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, and Washington DC. The role focuses on impactful community messaging around highway safety, including campaigns on drinking and driving, texting and driving, seatbelt use, speeding, and more. Ambassadors will engage with audiences at sports, entertainment, and high school venues to promote safe driving and save lives.

This position offers hands-on marketing experience at premier events across the Southeast Region.

Responsibilities

• Staff and fulfill event metrics as scheduled (weekdays, weekends, and some holidays).
• Travel to events and execute marketing campaigns effectively.
• Report and communicate with managers to maximize program impact.
• Capture photographs of marketing activations and attendee engagement.
• Engage with fans and event attendees to spread positive messaging about safe driving.
• Perform additional tasks as needed at events.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel to events in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, and Washington DC.
• Flexibility and ability to work on the go.
• Outgoing conversational skills and ability to interact with event attendees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to work untraditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Events and marketing experience is preferred but not required. We seek individuals with outgoing personalities who are eager to gain experience in event marketing.

Pay

$25 per hour.
