Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, contribute to achieving sales goals, and grow professionally within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
- Understand and utilize sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards across all touchpoints of the brand’s policies and procedures.
- Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on available programs, initiatives, resources, and offerings.
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms, ensuring proper sizing and maintaining store standards.
- Maintain store standards and policies on the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities as required.
- Support operational activities such as floor sets, replenishment, and other tasks as needed.
- Participate in company trainings related to compliance, product knowledge, processes, talent development, and company initiatives.
- Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience remains the top priority.
- Provide necessary feedback to management regarding product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
- Maintain store visual standards and apply visual techniques and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Preferred retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required).
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform job-related tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
