Part-Time Brand Ambassador
About the Role
In this position you will engage with potential customers through direct, in‑person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces. You will introduce Mad City Windows & Baths’ remodeling services and special offers, generate interest, and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations—no selling required. You will represent one of the highest‑rated brands in the industry and use this experience as a stepping‑stone into a career in management or further sales development.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via in‑person outreach at retail locations and event spaces.
- Introduce remodeling services and special offers through friendly, informative conversation.
- Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations.
- Represent the Mad City Windows & Baths brand positively.
- Leverage the role as a pathway to management or advanced sales positions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; prior experience is a plus and training is provided.
- Self‑motivated individuals who put in effort commensurate with their goals.
- Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies firsthand.
- Naturally outgoing, well‑spoken, and comfortable with frequent human interaction.
- Availability to work afternoons and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours per day).
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions during events.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed for promotional activities.

Pay
Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses. Average first‑year earnings range from $50,000 to $70,000, with top representatives earning $80,000 +.
Schedule
Shifts are 10 am – 6 pm, Monday‑Tuesday and weekends, averaging 15–25 hours per week. Both full‑time and part‑time positions are offered.
