Part Time - Biofuels - Research Assistant (BIORETS)
Job Duties
- Preparation of tissue culture media, growth hormones and culture of explants under sterile conditions.
- Affix DNA, RNA and Protein isolation.
- Routine upkeep of the laboratory and Greehouse.
- Collect, analyze data and involve in publishing papers as co-authors.
- Affix working on cancer cell lines and engineering cannabinoid pathway genes in E.Coli.
- Affix with PI and Director of the laboratory with other duties as assigned.
Background Checks/Clearances
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
