Part Time Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Create meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise. Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options, meeting sales targets and earning commission with AT&T's full suite of products – the latest devices and personalized services that bring friends, families, and communities closer together.

What you'll do

• Use consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, applying drive and passion for helping people
• Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need support
• Stay current with evolving tech and adapt to a fast-paced, flexible environment

Qualifications

• Speak Spanish and English (bilingual candidates may receive additional starting pay)
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus – no sales experience? Training and coaching provided

Pay

Earn between $29,400 - $48,000 including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.

Schedule

Part-time, weekly hours: 20. Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. Work between 9am-9pm, including evenings and weekends.
