What to expect
- Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
- Be a part of the community through events
- Fill online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance
- Stay current with evolving tech in a fast-paced, flexible environment
Qualifications
- Must speak Spanish and English
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus (not required – training provided)
Pay
Part Time Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultants earn between $17,784.00–$21,762.00, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on sales goals being met and/or exceeded.

Schedule
Part-time, 20 hours weekly. Schedule between 9am-9pm, including evening and weekend hours.
