Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About the Role

This part-time role allows you to optimize your earning potential by working during the store’s busiest times, including evening and weekend hours. You’ll create meaningful connections with every customer, using your personalized sales expertise to meet sales targets and earn commission with AT&T’s full suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving technology and customer needs.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required—training and coaching will be provided.
- Flexibility and openness to change in a dynamic retail setting.
Pay
New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $28,508 and $48,000 annually, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is contingent on meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
Schedule
- Part-time, 20 hours per week.
- Shifts between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
- Monthly schedules posted 2 weeks in advance, based on seniority.
