Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

Location: Downey, CA (8420 Firestone Blvd)

About the Role

This is a part-time, non-union position in the Mobility Orange region. The role involves providing bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and sales support in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive spirit.
• Stay current on the latest data, entertainment technology, and devices (e.g., Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools).
• Assess customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
• Multitask effectively in a team-based retail setting.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate and engage customers.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to all customers.

Pay

Hourly wage ranges from $20.825 to $21.7125, plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Part-time consultants working 20–24 hours per week earn an average of $30,725 per year in total compensation. Starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule

20 regular weekly hours (part-time).
