Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We're seeking bilingual candidates for our Retail Careers. Part-time positions offer flexible schedules and the opportunity to earn additional pay if bilingual skills are utilized.

What You'll Do

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls
• Work evenings and weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance
• Optimize earning potential by working during store's busiest times
• Create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise
• Utilize AT&T's full suite of products to enhance customer experiences

Qualifications

No prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training and coaching to help you succeed.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting salary range: $20.825 - $21.7125 per hour
• Commissions: $6,850 if all sales goals are met
• Average annual compensation for those working 20-24 hours per week: $30,725
