Part-Time Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator
About the role
This Clinical Research Coordinator role supports a trial at a research site in the Greenville, TX area. You will play a key part in identifying and recruiting eligible participants, educating them about the study, and ensuring they remain engaged and compliant throughout the trial. The position requires strong clinical research experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with both participants and research staff. This is a part-time position around 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Review electronic medical records (EMR) to assess potential participants against study inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Pre-screen potential participants based on protocol-defined eligibility requirements.
- Recruit and enroll participants into the clinical trial in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear and thorough education to participants about the clinical trial, including study procedures, expectations, and follow-up requirements.
- Conduct follow-up communications with participants to support retention and ensure ongoing protocol compliance.
- Schedule in-person visits and follow-up appointments, and send reminders and relevant information to participants in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of chart reviews, pre-screening activities, and participant interactions in the EMR.
Requirements
- Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Research Assistant.
- 1+ year of patient recruitment experience.
- 1+ years of experience with EMR.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Training in HIPAA & GCP.
Work Environment
The role operates within normal business hours in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is essential. This is a fully onsite position in Greenville, TX.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
