Part Time Bike Den Assistant - Transportation Services
Job Summary
The Bike Den Administrative Assistant position is a part-time role reporting to the Sustainable Transportation Program Assistant. The primary responsibilities include greeting and guiding visitors through check-in and check-out processes, assisting with bike registration, answering bike-related questions, supporting education workshops, and referring to relevant local and online bike resources.

Requirements
- Enthusiasm and excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to work well without constant supervision given general direction and instruction
- Hourly pay is $16.00 an hour
- Must have a high degree of confidence around bikes and competent working knowledge of MS Office
- Typically works no more than 24 hours per week, with a preference for weekday evenings and daytime hours on Fridays and Sundays (schedule can be adjusted prior to hiring)
- Requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of related experience or study relating to biking
- Requires working outside from time to time
- Year-round availability preferred

This position requires a High School diploma or higher plus one year of related experience or study relating to biking. General direction and instruction will be provided.
Skills
Enthusiasm, excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal), ability to work well without constant supervision, confidence around bikes, and competent working knowledge of MS Office.
