Responsible for managing transportation logistics for a local community organization. Duties include scheduling, route optimization, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage transportation services for clients
• Optimize routes to minimize fuel costs and travel time
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Handle emergencies and unexpected situations efficiently

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with fleet management software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college coursework in business or related field preferred

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable in GPS navigation systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
