Part Time - Beverage Supervisor

About the Role

This role oversees the daily operations of the beverage warehouse, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient event support. The Daytime Beverage Coordinator reports to the Beverage Supervisor and manages warehouse staff, coordinating beverage restocking, inventory control, and setup for events.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations and staff
• Ensure proper setup and readiness of service areas
• Manage inventory tracking and paperwork
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues
• Delegate duties, oversee closures, and verify accurate inventory and service closeouts
• Assist with event preparation and staff recognition
• Identify and communicate performance issues

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of beverage or food supervisory experience
• Experience in front-of-house food service operations
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand, and walk extensively
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Flexible daytime availability, including non-hockey events
• Proficiency in basic math, reading, and PC use
