Part-Time Beverage Server

We have an opportunity available for a Beverage Manager to join our Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be that enjoys a fast-paced environment, can lead by example and promote an environment of open communication and development for the team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner
- Keep area in a clean and orderly manner
- Responsible to perform "responsible alcohol service" with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training
- Be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers and Berg Beverage System
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests
- Ability to lift 1-50 pounds
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel
- Oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent and six months work experience in cocktail serving is preferred
- Ability to obtain a valid gaming license
