Responsibilities

• Affords guests with luggage during arrival and departure
• Makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms
• Transports guest and hotel packages and parcels
• Ensures guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the hotel arrival and departure experience

Requirements

• Experience providing exceptional service standards
• Ability to assist guests with luggage and deliveries
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role
• Strong customer service orientation
• Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
