Part-Time Bath Aide/CNA

About the role

Part-time weekend Bath Aide position with 8‑hour day shifts, every other weekend. Shift differentials: additional $2/hour between 4 p.m. – 6 a.m. Shift pick‑up bonuses available. Job reference: #hc12167.

Pay

$22.60 – $27.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

8‑hour day shifts, every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively as part of a care team to support residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence
• Follow care plans and report observations to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate, respectful care that builds trust and comfort
• Maintain a clean and safe environment using infection control practices
• Support daily routines such as:
  • Meal service and feeding assistance
  • Answering call lights
  • Transporting residents within the facility
  • Assisting with admissions and orientation
  • Ensuring resident clothing is clean and labeled

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Minnesota
• CPR certification required (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire)
