• Zero mandated hours or rotating shifts
• CMS rated 5 stars for staffing
• Staffing 31% higher in registered nurses (RNs) and 21% higher in certified nursing assistants (CNAs) compared to the state average (CMS Nursing Home Compare 9.29.21)
