Job Summary

Create connections. Craft cocktails. You are responsible for preparing and serving inspired drinks while delivering distinctive experiences for guests.

You are the charming individual that impresses guests with your beverage expertise and techniques in an unmatched, expertly maintained atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks
• Mix and serve drinks using the Point of Sale system
• Operate and maintain all bar equipment
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere
• Comply with applicable liquor laws and regulations
• Handle cash transactions according to standard procedures

Requirements

• One year of related education, training, or experience
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
• Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
• Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required

Skills

• Beverage preparation and service skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment operation

The Lodge at St. Edward Park is located in one of Washington's most-visited state parks. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful natural setting, including the enticing waters of Lake Washington, lush greenery, and an abundance of walking trails. The hotel, housed in a historic seminary, opened in May 2021. Home to 84 distinguished guestrooms and suites, each has been thoughtfully designed to blend the original character with modern touches. Amenities include a farm-to-table restaurant, two bars, full-service spa, a fitness center and more.
