Part Time - Bartender/Server

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, assisting with food and beverage choices
• Show expertise in liquor, beer, wine, and craft cocktails
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude
• Execute server orders and ensure bar cleanliness
• Set up and stock the bar at shift start, and perform opening, running, and closing procedures
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Represent the organization positively as the face of the bar

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1-year bartending experience
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Knowledge of specialty cocktails and food menu
• Ability to adapt and exercise good judgment
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends
