About the Role
This is a part-time, hourly position working approximately 15–25 hours weekly.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences.
- Prepare and serve classic, craft, and signature cocktails with consistency and precision.
- Recommend food and beverage pairings while confidently upselling menu offerings.
- Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with all laws and company policies.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, including dietary restrictions and allergen preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar while completing opening and closing duties.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and accurately manage cash and tabs.
- Collaborate with the Front of House and Culinary teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail recipes.
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
- Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to the Champions culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years bartending in an upscale or fine dining, hospitality atmosphere is required.
- Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proven experience preparing craft and classic cocktails.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.
- Ability to create and recommend specialty cocktails.
- Bartending candidates must successfully complete a practical cocktail-making assessment during the interview process.
- Current TABC and Food Handler’s Certification required.
