Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea beverages following established standards.
• Operating and maintaining equipment safely.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
• Preparing food items such as sandwiches and pastries as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of brewing methods, latte art, and espresso machines.
• Excellent communication skills for customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
