Responsibilities
- Preparing coffee shop beverages and food items
- Operating the cash register
- Providing courteous customer service
- Stock management
- Ensuring safety and sanitation standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized environment
- Informing customers about store programs and promotions
- Adhering to safety and food handling policies
- Supporting other departments as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- At least one year of retail or related experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in varied temperatures and environments
