About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Setup Attendant to join our rapidly growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for spaces, indoors and outdoors.
• Complete the physical setup and arrangement of tables, A/V, and equipment according to diagrams.
• Assist in setting and breaking down buffet tables and bars during and after events.
• Set up F&B equipment, buffets, stages, and podiums.
• Support servers by arranging plates, running items to bars, and setting up beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, parking lots, smoking areas, and restrooms.
• Assist servers with bussing tables and ensure efficient event setup through teamwork and leadership.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.

Pay

Compensation range: $15.00 per hour.
