About the role

A Baker in a retail dining environment, responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods including breads and pastries.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, portion, and proof doughs to ensure consistent quality.
• Operate ovens, monitor bake times, and maintain product appearance and freshness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Label and rotate products, support food safety procedures, and assist with inventory and prep tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in baking or food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Team-oriented with a focus on providing excellent guest service and continuous improvement.
