Part Time Baker

About the role

We are looking for an experienced part time baker that can work independently at our small bakery in Wong Chuk Hang. We are paying a good hourly rate and are flexible on the hours that you work (could be mornings, afternoons or evenings).

Responsibilities

• Produce simple items such as:
  • Pizza Dough and pre-baked pizza bases
  • Focaccia & other simple breads
  • Burger Buns and Brioche Buns/Rolls
  • Pastry for Pies & Sausage Roll (including laminated dough)
  • Simple Cookies
