About the role
Responsible for responding to and correcting faults within the BHS System with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist in clearing baggage handling system jams and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Complete safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Support management with additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Preferred experience in an airport environment.
Skills
- Accountability, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work well with diverse individuals and work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including email and training access.
Physical and Other Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in various environmental conditions.
- Obtain airport security clearance.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
