About the role

Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is seeking a Part-Time Auto Sales Trainee to join our team. No automotive sales experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on experience to help you build your skills from the ground up.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in college or recent graduates who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, communicating, and working toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Learn every aspect of the automotive sales process while working alongside an experienced team
• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Learn and present Mazda vehicles, features, and technology
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Understand customer needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Develop strong communication and sales skills
• Work with customers from the initial conversation through delivery
• Learn the fundamentals of automotive sales and finance
• Follow proven sales processes and dealership systems
• Work as part of a team to achieve individual and company goals
• Develop the skills needed to advance into future opportunities

Requirements

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Required days: Monday, Friday, Saturday
• Specific hours will be discussed during the interview
