Qualified candidates will learn the business from the ground up, starting as an Automotive Consultant, and participate in industry-leading training programs through formal and on-the-job mentorship.

We are a Community of Opportunity dedicated to investing time and resources in our people. This role offers an income opportunity guarantee of $48,000 to $100,000 to start, with annual incentive opportunities exceeding $15,000.

Requirements

• Self-Starter
• Ability to invest a significant amount of personal time and energy outside business hours to education and training
• Social Media Skills are a plus
• Strong Auto Sales and/or Customer Service Experience is a plus but not required
• Strong Ethics and Values
• Proficient use of a computer and computer software
• Excellent People Skills
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record test
