Automotive Sales Management Trainee

About the role

Talented individuals have an opportunity to grow with our organization as they participate in a management training program to become a successful leader within our Auto Group. Qualified candidates will learn the business from the ground up by starting their program as an Automotive Consultant. They will participate in industry-leading training programs, developing skills through formal and on-the-job training while being mentored through the program.

Pay

Guaranteed starting pay: $48,000 - $100,000. Annual incentive opportunities of $15,000+.

Requirements

• Self-starter
• Ability to invest a significant amount of personal time and energy outside business hours to education and training
• Social media skills are a plus
• Strong auto sales and/or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong ethics and values
• Proficient use of a computer and computer software
• Excellent people skills
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record test
