$50/hour + 6% Commission

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Act in accordance with industry and state professional licensing standards.
• Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals.
• Deliver quality care and aftercare, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and educating patients on best practices.
• Perform checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning of hearing aids and other amplification devices.
• Achieve practice growth with a focus on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical standards.
• Engage in local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
• Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories.
• Maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and payment methods in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets in collaboration with your PCC and Manager.
• Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care), including conducting hearing tests and educating patients on hearing aid devices.
• Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
• Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results for patients in an easily understandable manner.
• Participate in leadership and mentorship programs, including the Amplify Leadership Program.
• Mentor and proctor the next generation of Hearing Care Professionals.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active state license in Audiology.
• 2+ years of hearing aid sales experience or 2 years of equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
