Responsibilities

• Enter lane and Simulcast bid amounts, customer data, sold units and sale lights using the AS400 system.
• Partner with the auctioneer virtually to confirm vehicle and sale information is accurate.
• Verify run orders to ensure the correct vehicles are being processed and sold.
• Monitor Simulcast activity and communicate live updates with the auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration notes and other key vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer during the sales.
• Follow up on late titles via phone and email.
• Support title-absent processing using Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous block clerk experience
• Auction experience
• Automotive industry experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, talk and hear
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Pay

USD 15.10 - 22.69 per hour Compensation Hourly pay rate is in the range of $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
