Part-Time Athletics Administrative Assistant

Overview AUM Athletics is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to help with the day-to-day internal operations and provide support to our coaches, administrators and student-athletes. Based on funding source, applicant cannot be or become an AUM student while working in this position. Responsibilities The qualified candidate selected for this position will assist in the following capacities: Assist with the day-to-day business affairs including PCard reconciliations, travel reimbursements, processing invoices, purchase orders, service agreements, budget auditsAssist with day-to-day HR-related tasks including hire forms, change forms, action formsAssist with day-to-day administrative and gameday tasksAssist with management of the master facility calendarsAssist with execution of special events when needed, including Hall of Fame, Warhawk Choice Awards, Graduation Breakfasts Qualifications Knowledge of applicable University, NCAA and Gulf South Conference rules, practices and proceduresPositive attitude and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressureAbility to work with individuals from various backgrounds Minimum Qualifications Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School DiplomaAvailable to work non-traditional hours and days at times throughout the academic year Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s DegreeOne (1) year experience working within a college / high school setting Why Work at AUM?
