Part Time AM Caregiver/CNA

Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional care, hospitality, and service. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / CNA to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the AM shift. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with morning routines, including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident’s individual service plan
• Support residents with meals and other daily activities
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior
• Maintain accurate documentation as required
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the Touchmark team

Requirements

• A genuine desire to work with and serve older adults
• Dependability and a strong commitment to attendance
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide personal care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy
• CNA certification is preferred but not required
• Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare experience is preferred

Pay

$17.50 – $20.69/hour (CNA Premium: Additional $0.75/hour for CNA certification)

Schedule

Part-Time | AM Shift | 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
