Part Time Afternoon Member Service Center Agent

About the role

The Role In this role, you are the first impression of Wasatch Peaks. Your member service efforts are vital to the members' experience and perception of our credit union. Your day-to-day tasks consist of helping members one-on-one over the phone with their needed transactions, including money transfers, online banking assistance, wire transfers, and more.

Responsibilities

• Talk to new people every day
• Provide member service over the phone
• Handle various transactions such as money transfers, online banking assistance, wire transfers, etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer experience
• Previous phone experience preferred but not required

• Loves talking to new people
• Finds great fulfillment in the work they do

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

• Starting pay range: $17+ per hour
• Highest starting pay for Spanish fluency

Schedule

• Part Time employment
• Monday-Friday: 1-6pm
• Rotating Saturdays: 9am-2pm
• Never work 6 days in a row
• Closed Sundays
• Designed to work 5 days per week
