About the role
This position is available part-time on an afternoons shift in Sterling Heights, MI.Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and residents.
- Coordinate and manage deliveries and packages.
- Handle front desk inquiries and assist with administrative tasks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the concierge area.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
