Program Manager

Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focusing on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment. The Program Manager role involves driving the mission through daily program meetings, organizing and facilitating daily activities, leading by example, prioritizing safety and joy, and effective communication.

• Drive the mission by daily program meetings
• Organize and facilitate daily activities
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with a varied audience

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements
• First Aid and CPR-in-person (within 30 days of employment)
• Cleared tuberculosis test (within 30 days of employment)
• Proof of MMR (can provide documentation)
• 18+ years of age
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required

Schedule

Program Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm-6:00 pm

Pay

$20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on education & experience)
