Part Time After School Program Manager - Farmington, IL

About the role

Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs focusing on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission by leading daily program meetings to review goals, updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and ensure team accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities, preparing activities and curriculum that align with program objectives and are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment by modeling positive guidance and effective classroom management, monitoring the environment, addressing potential hazards, and following all safety protocols.
• Prioritize safety and joy by documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Communicate effectively with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements
• CPR and First Aid (ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
• Cleared tuberculosis test (ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
• MMR (documentation can be provided)
• 18+ years of age
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required

Schedule

Program Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:30 pm-6:00 pm

Pay

$20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on education & experience)
