Primary Responsibilities
- Work closely with the principal to support the daily operations of the school.
- Aid in planning, organizing, and implementing school initiatives, events, and programs.
- Prepare report cards, reports, forms, and other school documents.
- Maintain organized records and administrative systems.
- Serve as a resource for faculty regarding administrative processes and school systems.
- Assist with onboarding new staff members.
- Support communication with families regarding school programs, registration, and operational needs.
- Provide front desk coverage and office support as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and educational technology platforms.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize PowerSchool and other school management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Previous administrative, office management, or school-based experience preferred.
