Administrative Assistant (Part-time)
About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the operations of the Reserve Bank of Australia’s New York Office. This role provides high-quality administrative, scheduling and coordination support to staff and contributes to the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
This is a great part-time opportunity for an experienced administration or office support professional who is seeking to join a team that values collaboration, inclusivity and purpose in their work. The 16 hours per week can be spread across a number of days in the week.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to office leadership and staff
- Managing calendars, meetings and travel arrangements
- Maintaining accurate records and files in accordance with RBA policies
- Cooking office logistics, supplies and facilities matters
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in Australia and external counterparts in the USS
- S supporting visiting staff, delegations and events as required
About you
- To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of discretion and professionalism
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Benefits
- The salary range for this role is USD $55,000 - $70,000 (pro-rated at 16 hours per week) annually and will be commensurate with skills and experience
