Responsibilities
- Prepare and type/post notices to tenants
- Create and prepare move-in and application packets
- Plan, shop, and host monthly resident events
- Fill out and send landlord verifications
- Check voicemail and distribute messages to the team
- Prepare annual and interim recertification packets
- Enter and complete work orders in the database
- Other duties as assigned
