City Renewal Management is a company that owns and operates 61 residential housing communities across the United States, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and type/post notices to tenants
  • Create and prepare move-in and application packets
  • Plan, shop, and host monthly resident events
  • Fill out and send landlord verifications
  • Check voicemail and distribute messages to the team
  • Prepare annual and interim recertification packets
  • Enter and complete work orders in the database
  • Other duties as assigned
