Job Summary

The Department of History at West Virginia University invites applications for part-time adjunct teaching positions. Areas of need will be determined based on departmental requirements. Requirements

• A master’s or doctoral degree in History or a closely related discipline.
• Evidence of effective teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Qualifications

• Generally, individuals with a doctoral degree are eligible to teach graduate or undergraduate courses; individuals with a master’s degree are eligible to teach undergraduate courses.
