We are seeking energetic, compassionate Activity Leaders to join our team in Barberton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will:
- Take trips to arts and culture venues
- Attend sporting events
- Shop and dine at local establishments
- Build meaningful relationships all year round
- Drive our small group bus (training provided)
Responsibilities
As an Activity Leader, you will:

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License (with 5 or fewer points)
- Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
Qualifications
- Heart for service and willingness to learn
- Enthusiasm, reliability, and a good sense of humor
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
