What You'll Do
- Assist in planning and executing activities and social programs
- Social support and encouragement of resident engagement and participation
- Promote a positive atmosphere and emotional well-being
- Bring joy and smiles to residents through meaningful interactions
- Perform bus driver duties when applicable
What You'll Need
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience working with both activities and dementia care/support
- Ability to do physical tasks such as leading exercise
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions
