What You'll Do:
- Assist in planning and executing activities and social programs
- Support residents in using their physical and mental potential
- Encourage resident engagement and participation
- Promote a positive atmosphere and emotional well-being
- Bring joy and smiles to residents through meaningful interactions
What You'll Need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Experience working with elderly/dementia residents (preferred)
- Ability to do physical tasks such as leading exercise
- A positive, caring person who loves seniors and makes their days better
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions
