Taureau Group is looking for an experienced Part-Time Accountant / Administrator to join our award-winning team in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. This in-office role offers approximately 15–20 hours per week and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional seeking a flexible part-time schedule in a collaborative investment banking environment. You’ll play an important role in supporting the firm’s day-to-day accounting and administrative operations, including client billing, payroll processing, reconciliations, expense reporting, accounts receivable, and maintaining organized financial records. Principal Accountabilities The duties identified below are the essential responsibilities of the part-time accountant / administrator position. Preparing and managing client billingSubmitting payroll through ADPReviewing and processing employee expense reportsCompleting bank and company credit card reconciliationsManaging accounts receivable and routine accounting recordsMaintaining organized financial and administrative documentationAssisting with other general accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills required. Experience 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience preferred Knowledge And Skills Required Exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughExperience with ADP payroll and QuickBooks accounting software preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel and OfficeAbility to handle confidential information with discretionComfortable working independently in a professional office environment To be considered for this position, please submit your résumé and cover letter to ah@taureaugroup.com.
