About the role
The Homework Studio coach at Brightmont Academy is responsible for overseeing students in the Homework Studio and motivating them to complete tasks. This position operates under the 1:1 teaching model, providing personalized instruction and support.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of students in the Homework Studio
- Motivate students to complete tasks
- Supervise students during independent learning time
- Oversee and manage the Homework Studio environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in your subject area
- Patience and empathy for diverse learners
- A genuine passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
- Proficiency in G-Suite and LMS
- Ability to provide fingerprints and pass a federal background check
Qualifications
- Experience in education or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
