Job Summary

Must be bilingual in Spanish
Join our dedicated team at Kiwi Kids ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change
• Collect simple data to track progress
• Support independence with ADLs as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

Requirements

• RBT certification
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Certified in CPR and First Aid
• Certified in Child Abuse Screening and Reporting
• Certified in Suicide Risk Assessment
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Strong communication skills
