Job Summary
Kiwi Kids ABA is seeking a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) fluent in Spanish to join their team in Broomfield, CO. The RBT will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, teach essential skills, and support positive behavior change.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change
- Collect simple data to track progress
- Support independence with ADLs as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
Requirements
- RBT certification
- Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
