Main Responsibilities

  • Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
  • Aid in preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores.
  • Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
  • Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment. Works with transportation partners to ship completed totes to stores.
  • Aid in replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
  • Create and maintain documentation as requested.
  • Assist Inventory Technicians as requested.
  • Participate in Inventory Audits.
  • Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, ensuring continuous operation through basic troubleshooting of routine errors.

Required

  • Pharmacy Assistant License in Washington
  • High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment.
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.

Preferred

  • Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc.

Physical Requirements

  • Willing and able to stand/walk at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, rotating, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Visual focus such as counting, observing, etc. is required consistently.
  • Performing repetitive tasks up to 100% of the time.
