About The Role
The Fulfillment Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for working in a closed-door, fast-paced pharmacy production line and involved in the processing and shipping of prescription orders.
Main Responsibilities
- Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
- Aid in preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores.
- Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
- Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment. Work with transportation partners to ship completed totes to stores.
- Aid in maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions.
- Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
- Maintain uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, ensuring continuous operation through basic troubleshooting of routine errors.
- Aid in replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation as requested.
- Aid Inventory Technicians as requested.
- Participate in Inventory Audits.
- Other duties assigned are concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.

Schedule Options
- (Full Time - Evening Shift) - Mondays-Tuesdays-Wednesdays-Thursdays-Sundays (2:30PM-11:00PM); Saturdays (8:00AM- 4:30PM)
- Option A: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
- Option B: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Qualifications and Experience
- Pharmacy Assistant License in Washington
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment.
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
- Preferred: Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including working with scanning equipment, conveyor lines and/or robotic systems, etc.
Physical Requirements
- Willing and able to stand/walk at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, rotating, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Visual focus such as counting, observing, etc. is required consistently.
- Performing repetitive tasks up to 100% of the time.
